"I've always been passionate about the convergeance of creativity and technology."

My name is Joel Eisner; I'm 22 with a BFA degree in Communication Arts from Virginia Commonwealth University. Despite having learned more traditional art forms such as illustration and photography, I've diverted my skill-set towards my true passion of UI design and web development.

By teaching myself HTML, CSS, Javascript & jQuery (plus more) in my spare time, and engulfing myself in learning environments such as internships and part-time jobs, I've expanded on not only my understanding of coding and UI standards, but the design that goes behind such aspirations. Currently I work at Virginia Commonwealth University's Technology Services building and designing comprehensive web sites and applications.
